i visited the genji japanese restaurant and had dinner there it offered 5 star teppanyaki. the food was very nice and the options were diverse. the waitress leni was kind and helpful she was always available.
the pools and outside activities were good for families but the resort seemed old. the bathroom included broken tiles and grime was present. the bed head had dust and the canopy bed curtains were dusty and smelly.

the resort provided a good variety of food at breakfast.
The housekeeping really missed the mark. The baby cot we requested was unbelievably dirty with stains all over it. it took a long time to get it replaced, around 11 pm after multiple calls to reception. the bottle sterilizer wasn't clean either. I had to sterilize it myself before using it.

BALI Bliss Unveiled

THE beachfront location was GREAT. I especially liked the private beach. The multiple restaurants and bars ON site simplified DINING. Our suite upgrade to a premium suite featured a private plunge pool, EXCITING.
The hotel SHOULD renovate its old rooms. Bathrooms had missing facilities, and lights were poor. I hope they upgrade rooms ESPECIALLY bathrooms.

The suite provided included a generous balcony that offered excellent views. Complimentary amenities included a kids play tent and soft toys, SO CUTE. The bathroom was MASSIVE and even included a sauna and a bathtub with ocean views.

The Genji Japanese Restaurant was great. The food tasted very nice with a wide variety of options. My waitress Leni was kind and helpful. She was always there when needed. I enjoyed my stay at this resort.
There was a bad damp smell in my room. The room was set up for one child, even though I have two. The room did not look like the family room I booked. The bed linen had stains.

i had dinner at the genji japanese restaurant. it was a 5-star teppanyaki experience, the food was amazing!!! leni, my waitress, was kind, helpful, and attentive. i would visit again for the team and genji restaurant.
i booked a family room. it did not look like the room i booked. there were stains on the bed linen.
